After the long break

What went faster than I expected?

What do I start with next time?

How to run it

  1. Set the timer to Pomodoro and press Start. Work for 25 minutes on the one thing in Round 1.
  2. When the chime goes, stop mid-sentence if you have to. Take the 5-minute break away from the screen.
  3. Write one honest line in “What actually happened” before you start the next round.
  4. After four rounds take the long break. Do not skip it — it is the part that makes the next session possible.
