Coaching

Copywriting coach and mentor in Singapore

One-to-one coaching for writers and founders who want direct feedback from a practitioner, on their own work, at their own pace.

If you came here looking for a copywriting course to enrol in as an individual, this is the page you want. The course is booked by organisations and run in-house; coaching covers the same material one to one.

How coaching works

We set clear goals, then work on your real writing session by session. You get honest feedback, a repeatable process, and accountability, whether you are levelling up as a writer or writing your own copy as a founder.

  1. Set the goal. A specific outcome, not a vague wish to get better at writing. A landing page that converts, a portfolio that wins work, an email sequence that earns replies.
  2. Work on live pieces. You write, I critique, you rewrite. The material is always your own project rather than an exercise.
  3. Build the process. By the end you should be able to run the CULTIVATE method without me in the room.

The point of coaching is to become unnecessary. If you still need me after a year to tell you whether a headline works, the coaching has failed.

Who it is for

  • In-house writers who are the only writer in the company and have nobody senior to learn from
  • Freelancers building their craft, their rates, or the confidence to charge properly
  • Founders who write to their own customers and want it to convert
  • Career changers moving into copywriting who want a map rather than a hundred hours of videos

It is not a fit if you want someone to write the copy for you. That is a copywriting project, and it is usually the better buy if the deadline matters more than the skill.

Frequently asked questions

How is coaching delivered?

One to one, online or in person, in focused sessions built around your real projects. Online works well here, because the work is reading and discussing writing rather than room activities.

How often are sessions?

Cadence and packages are agreed at the start, based on your goals. Fortnightly suits most people: close enough to keep momentum, far enough apart that you have actually written something between sessions.

What does copywriting coaching cost in Singapore?

Quoted as a package rather than per hour, because the value is in the feedback between sessions as much as the sessions themselves. Tell me your goal and the timeframe and you will get a figure back.

Do I need experience to start?

No, but you do need something to work on. Coaching runs on your live projects, so a founder with a page to fix or a writer with client work will get far more from it than someone with nothing written yet. If that is you, start with the free resources.

Who is coaching best for?

Writers and founders who prefer direct, tailored feedback over a group session. It suits people who learn by being corrected on their own work rather than by watching someone else solve a problem.

Is coaching claimable under SkillsFuture?

Not at present. Coaching is not WSQ-accredited and cannot currently be claimed under SkillsFuture Credit. Accreditation is being worked on.
