That's why, before we even begin, I would like to schedule a short call.
This should take about 15-20 mins tops.
The purpose of this call is to firstly, answer any questions you might have.
Secondly, if you think I'm a good fit for your business and vice versa, I would like to quickly understand your website requirements. This will include the type of websites you like, what you want to achieve out of this website, your business goals, and any other important things to discuss.
Finally, once we've got the nitty-gritty out of the way, we'll choose a date and block out our calendar for 10 hours. This entire workday will be dedicated to you and your website.
What's going to happen on this date is that I'll send you a special URL.
On this URL, you'll get to see your website still in progress as I work on it live. Throughout the day, you get to note down any questions, feedback, or anything you want me to edit on the website and send them over to me.
I'll proceed to make those edits so by the end of the day, your website is ready to go live.
Once everything is done, I'll migrate it over to your preferred domain name and we'll do a short handover training.
And that's it.
You'll have your website up and running by the end of that one day.

This will depend on both of our availability. As such, I do recommend calling early to secure a spot. I'll typically arrange for the 20 mins chat within 2-3 days of receiving your email. From there, depending on the projects I'm working on, you can expect another 1-2 weeks for the actual website build date.
Definitely. As your website runs on WordPress, it is a comprehensive tool that can easily add more tools, features, and functionality when you need them. Plus, I like to build my websites in a manner that makes them easier for future expansion.
Well, for starters, information about your business such as what you're selling or promoting, your brand information, logos, photos, content, and any other information about what you want to build. It's better to have more info than less at this stage.
However, if you're not sure and need some ideas, that's the purpose of the call. I've worked with enough companies to know how to advise and guide you.
But as a bare minimum, you must know what you're selling and why people will want to buy from you. (You'll be surprised how many people don't even know this)
I'll prepare a Dropbox link for you to drop your files and info in. Or if you prefer, we can also use Google Drive.
An ecommerce site is slightly more complicated as there are products and payment gateways to consider among many other features.
While I can assist with this, there will be additional steps involved, and depending on the complexity, the rates will be different.
I typically don't go revisions unless the website did not meet the original requirements. Usually, most of my clients will request some minor edits to the layout and that's why we have the entire workday to sort these requests out.
As promised, I'll refund your investment if you're not happy with it. I've never had to do this and hope not to ever need to do so, which is why I need your help to send as much feedback as possible so that I can help you create a website that you'll love.
