Want a Sales Landing Page that Converts Your Web Visitors into Qualified Leads and Prospects?

When it comes to website copywriting and design, you know you need to Go Broad. There’s your homepage, your profile page, your services, blog posts, gallery and so on. All these pages have to fit together to create a content marketing strategy that works for your business.

That’s why we call it a “farming” strategy.

But when it comes to a sales landing page, your objective has to go 360!

Instead of broad, you’ve got to go specific.

Instead of multiple pages, you’ve only got one. (Sometimes two if you’re split-testing)

And instead of waiting for web visitors to organically “find” your website… In most cases, you’re driving paid traffic to that page.

This means it has to convert. Or else!

So, how do I ensure the landing pages I write has a higher converting rate?

It all boils down to the 5 Basic Sales Obstacles.

Every copy I put out MUST check against these obstacles. Here’s how…

Does Your Landing Page Answer The 5 Basic Sales Obstacles?

Interest

Before you can start pitching… the first thing you’ve got to do is to capture your web reader’s interest.

Your page has to stand out and grab your visitor’s attention. This could an image, a headline, a thought-provoking question, or something simpler like a quote or statement.

The important thing is that it is HIGHLY RELEVANT to your target audience.

Desire

Once you’ve got them reading, your next goal is to DRIVE UP their desire for whatever you’re promoting.

If it’s a product, an explainer video is a great start. If it’s a service, then showcasing examples of what you did previously help prove you can solve their problems.

If your goal is leads generation, then the focus is establishing yourself as an expert and authority figure.

Time

Even if you have the best product in the world, the average buyer today doesn’t want to spend time figuring out how to use your product. That’s why Apple intentionally made their iPhones easy to use and fast to learn.

Likewise, your landing page has to communicate it’s fast and easy. (Especially when it isn’t)

And if all you are offering is a free giveaway… tell them how quickly they’ll receive whatever you’re promising.

Urgency

By this point, you’ve proven you’re an authority, you’ve explained how to use your product or service, and you’ve made it super easy to get started… but the landing page still needs to do one more thing…

You’ve got to get them to take action!

So, make sure to add in a real reason for them to act quickly.

Money

Needless to say, you only want to attract prospects and web visitors that can afford what you’re selling.

Because unless you’re running a charity organisation, the whole purpose of building a landing page is to ultimately sell something.

At the same time, your goal is also to help your web visitors realise whatever you’re selling is highly affordable to them.

This could be because of a promotion you’re running, a special occasion, you’re clearing stock or any other reason you can think of.

Most importantly, make it appear as affordable as possible.

Save Time & Effort By Working With A Professional?

Now, at this point, you probably have a clearer idea of what to include on your landing page.

But… as an experienced sales copywriter, I’ve had the privileged to work with business owners from different industries.

This means I have seen different offer ideas, promotions, obstacle handling and so much more.

Why not leverage my experience and make your landing page creation process much smoother and easier.

But that’s not all…

I’m also familiar with a large majority of landing page software like Instapage, Click Funnels, and WordPress.

I’ve also worked with Infusionsoft, AcitveCampaign, MailChimp, Aweber, and many other email automation software.

This means, I not only have the knowledge and experience to advise you on landing pages, I know how to set them up as well.

Plus, when you decide to work with me…

You Can Get Your Landing Page Up and Running in as Little as a Week.

Over the years I’ve developed a 4-step process to get highly persuasive and effective landing pages up and running fast.

It starts with…

Step 1. Questionnaire

The first thing to settle is making sure we’re on the same page. And that means a short and simple questionnaire to help me understand your business, your offer and your target audience.

So, once you’ve registered, I’ll drop you an email asking you a couple of questions and to confirm your interest.

At the same time, we’ll schedule an online meeting.

Step 2. Online Discussion

Ideally, I like to take 2-3 days after learning about your business to do some research and brainstorm ideas for the landing page. This way, during our online discussion, I’ll have more suggestions and recommendations.

But no frets if you find it difficult to explain your business because that’s what we’ll focus on during the online discussion.

And by the end of the session, we would have narrowed down the sales angle for the landing page as that’s what I’ll be working on next.

At this point, if you like all the value I’ve been providing, I’ll invoice you and will require payment before we proceed to the next step.

Because that’s where it gets really exciting…

Step 3. Landing Page Creation

There are two parts to this step… the first is the copywriting portion.

Using the materials from our discussion, I’ll draft the initial copy for the landing page. Typically, it’ll take me another 3-4 days to draft and edit it before I send it over to you.

However, if I’m also assisting with the landing page creation, then I’ll set it up first so you get a clear idea of how the landing page will look and feel. Many of my clients have difficulty imagining how the page will look like so this approach has been useful for the majority of them.

Step 4. Handover

With everything up and running, the only thing left for me to do is to hand the project over to you so you can start driving traffic to it.

At this point, some clients do engage me to work with them on their email automation campaign but we can talk about it again when the time comes.

Interested? Here’s How We Can Get Started

All you have to do right now is simply fill in the form on this page to book a slot.

Once you’ve submitted your request, I’ll contact you via email within the next 2-3 days.

Again, my role here is to firstly, make sure that I can help you achieve your goals and objectives. If I think that we’re not a good fit, I’ll let you know at this stage.

This way, your risk is absolutely zero as you haven’t come out with a single cent.

And that’s about all you need to prepare as I’ll take care of the rest for you.

Remember, you have until the end of the session to decide whether you want to go ahead. So, all the onus is on ME to deliver tremendous value that you can benefit from.

Which I’m 100% confident you’ll agree is going to be mind-blowing…

You’ll be excited and ask me for the invoice.

Speaking of which…

With regards to the fees for this service… let me be the first to say that while I’m not the most expensive (in Singapore), my rates aren’t exactly the cheapest either.

In fact, I’ve compiled a PowerPoint presentation for a client and charged over $1,000 for that service… and the client loved it!

To be fair, that sales deck was worth over a million dollars because of the size of the project and who they were pitching to. (Naturally, I can’t reveal more details due to the confidentiality of the project but I think you get the drift)

The point is… people are willing to pay the rates I charge because they know it works.

And that’s what I want for you too... To help you hit and achieve your sales and marketing goals with this landing page.

But at the same time…

I know that most people who find my website (through SEO) are entrepreneurs and SMEs. That means they don’t have too big a budget for marketing.

That’s why, for a limited time, I’ve decided to slash my Sales Landing Page Package so it is highly affordable for you.

Instead of charging thousands of dollars like what most copywriters would do…

You get everything for just $599!

Yes, you read that right.

This includes the set-up and integration with your email software if you require it. Just a caveat, I’ll use a standard landing page design so it’s nothing too fanciful but it’s a design that’s proven to work.

If you do want a professional design, however, you can either get your preferred designer to work on it then send the finalised version to me and I’ll set it up… or I can get a professional designer to come into the project. (FYI… a professional designer will involve a separate charge for the design work which usually has a premium price.)

Either way… do take note that when bringing the design over to any landing page platform or software… expect it to be at best, 80% similar. Some platforms are more restrictive than others so they usually won’t look exactly the same.

And in my opinion, the design isn’t too important after the initial headline area as the sales message should always be the main focus.

Sure, design helps catch and retain attention… but ultimately, the message is the element that persuades. (Read: get you the lead or sale)

Now, I’ve gone on and rattle for quite a while… so, what are you still waiting for?

Complete the form below and I’ll speak with you soon.

P.S. For just $599, this is an absolute steal. The only reason I’m offering it at such a ridiculously discounted price is that this is a new service I’m offering.

Once I’ve hit my quota, you can be sure the price will jump up to $999 and subsequently, at the standard rate of $1,999.

So, right now, is the cheapest you’ll ever find this service at. And that includes a professional sales copy as well as the entire set-up, completely, all done for you.

The only thing you’ve got to do now is complete the form and you can even still back out after our online session together. There’s literally no risk for you here.

That said, when we do have our online meeting, I expect you to be serious and to work with me in getting your landing page out. I’m dead serious about helping you succeed so I expect you to be just as committed.
