Four stations, one timer, one chime to rotate
Station work lives or dies on the rotation. If you are the signal, you spend the lesson watching a clock instead of watching students, and each changeover costs you thirty seconds of shouting over the noise.
This opens as four 5-minute stations in a single chain. Start it once at the beginning of the activity and it runs the whole rotation, chiming at each change and showing which station the room should be on. Add or remove stations, rename them to match your actual activities, and set different lengths if one station needs longer. Project it fullscreen so every group can see the same clock, or pop it out so it floats above your slides. If a station needs another minute, press + 1 min and the whole chain shifts with it.
